Ice / Heat Pack (2 count)


Use Ice packs to reduce swelling and speed up healing. Cover ice packs in an old tee shirt or cloth rag while being used on your body. Limit icing to 10-15 minutes three times per day. You may find the packs provide relief for various areas during recovery, including:

  • On plenary area between legs 
  • On both sides of scrotum
  • On lower abdomen (including stitches)
